I have been living here since May and I have regret ever setting eyes on this place. I have had problems with maintenance not getting done in my apartment which was dirty when I moved in. It took them almost 3 weeks to clean my stove and my toilet still does not work right. The carpet is so poor that you can feel knots underneath it so I have to wear shoes, the cabinets are trashed with the facing either coming off or peeling off, my toilet tank is pieced together and you can still see the cracks and has yet to be replaced, all the blinds sag, my closet shelves fell on me when I first put boxes on them, my sliding door didn't lock nor did my storage, there were bugs in the apartment and tons of mosquitoes and my upstairs neighbors are so loud that I never get any peace. I have asked management to speak with them on several occasions but nothing has changed. You DO NOT want to move here and as soon as my lease is up I am out of here as well.

You need to read the Arizona Tenants-Landlord Act. List all the repairs you need on paper. Date and sign it. Take it down to the office and require someone there to sign and date it as received. It is amazing how quickly things get taking care of when you give them legally binding notice. I am so glad to now be done with the Presidio and also regret my decision to ever move there. http://www.arizonatenants.com/ Also google Arizona's Residential Landlord Tenant Act . It is important to know your rights. Another thing you could do would be to email the Presidio management and also email her direct superiors. These can be found at http://www.milestone-mgt.com/index.htm under contact us and management team.

I just moved into the Presidio and I hate it. I can only wait for my 7 month lease to expire. The pool had been closed since I moved in, that's really great since it has been over 100 every day of my residence. The management staff is incompetent and clueless. My upstairs neighbor also sounds like a herd of elephants. By far the worst decision I have made in a while.

I also just moved-in in may. I cannot wait to move out. The matinence people are awful. I just found mold and a MUSHROOM growing under my sink in my bathroom, yes a mushroom. and when i went down to tell the front office it took them a matter of a week to come down and fix it. I had to get into a fight with the supervisor for this to happen. This place is outragous. also it took them a month almost to fix the fact that we had no hot water. seriously people stay away from this hell hole.
