Hi , i thought that living here was going to be the best experience of our lives but , we never thought that we were going to have visitors!!!! WE found scorpions inside our apartment , and management said they will take care about it and never did!!!!! till we had to go to an advocate to help us with breaking the lease , they got scared and agreed to move us to another apartment , which we liked because we never saw an scorpion again , but even the maintenance guys know that there are scorpion issues in most of the complex..... just a few buildings , dont have the problem.... but this should't happen..... and the only response that i had the time when we were sick of that and went to the office was "this is arizona , there are scorpions here" from the managers , mouth!!!!!!!!!! Will never rent or recomend this place !!!

Well......you did choose to live in an apartment community that is right smack dab in the middle of the foothills in the DESERT!! Hell-oooo! Scorpions live in the desert....we have invaded their territory, so of course if you live in Ahwatukee you will come across SCORPIONS!! Even the rich folks up in the pricey houses up the mountain have to deal with this issue! Stop whining like a baby......Do property managers have to wipe your nose too??

Probably you have scorpions all over , inside your head maybe??????? thats why you thhink that way......
