The rent is cheap for an apartment with space and ample storage. You also have to pay for water and trash removal. They go by how much water your building is using. P@SM then caculate your usage by the number of people in the apartment. So you can be paying for one person wasting water. There is a price to pay however with the noise. Neighbors have no respect for each other. One year of that was enough.

Maintenence is okay. The front office is sorely lacking any professionals. I'm in my new place now & it's quite lovely with professionals in the front office, quiet grounds, yadda. If I had known what I was in store for at P@SM, I would of looked elsewhere! You are now warned! Look no further. You've read it here :D

I didn't know that was how they determined water usage. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of! I guess if you only put one person on the lease and them move three or four people in, you get your neighbors to help pay for the extra water usage...........

They total the whole water bill up for the whole property then split it evenly amongst all the apartments. Regardless of how many people live there.

It seems noisy neighbors are a fact of life no matter where you live. Too many people are self-absorbed and lack basic common courtesies.

And one more thing. The noise there was quite excessive. You have noise everywhere you are but at 3 am with drunken idiots banging around outside, it adds to the headache.

This is the worst place ever. They show you a beautiful model and swear that is what you are getting, but then your actual place is a dump. There are no professionals in the front office, unless you count professional liars. Maintenance is not okay, they are slow and then rude when you insist they fix the problem. The pools were closed for months and the front office swore it was only going to be for 2 weeks. Do not rent here.
