I had mushrooms growing out of my carpet with a 5mnth old crawling around and they were very non chalant about the situation and rude when it came to moving us. They moved us down the complex to a smaller apt that had more mold in the storage closet. When it came time to move out thye charged us with an eviction for assuming we didn't give a 30day notice. HORRIBLE MANGMNT!!!!!!

I never had MUSHROOMS .. HOWEVER.. I was hospitalized for breathing problems, had to sleep w/oxygen for 8 of the 12 months I lived there. I had the GENIUS maintance men come SEVERAL times with a special "gadget" that told if there was mold in the air. You could SMELL the mold and musty and wet and damp in the master bedroom (3br apt). They kept saying no no mold. There was mold growing on the WINDOWS in the bedroom. I tried time and again to have them move me they said I would have to pay 300 bucks to change apartments. I have sinced moved to a LOVELY KIND CLEAN NEW (remodeled) apartment in Tempe (mill&baseline) and I LOVE IT!! They are wonderful. Not as big as the apts there but.. NO OXYGEN needed. Presido STINKS!!! If I had the $$ I would have hired a lawyer.
