You'll Love the locale, Hate the Office Staff!!!

Although I've never had an infestation problem, this property is far from the best. Office staff is the WORST PART of the package! I received an eviction notice the first month the new Management company arrived --I have yet to pay late!!! When I asked for an explanation , a defensive "Well it's this management's first month on the job!" was rudely mentioned. No, "I'm sorry for the mix-up." That was apparently too difficult for them to handle. Maintainence knows what they're doing . . . WHEN They Show Up! 2 or 3 calls will be required if you want anything fixed! Safety has never been an issue, but noise is a problem w/ neighbors--paper thin walls!
