My family went to visit our family 1st time 2008 and 2nd time 2009. We have tried to convince them to move many times. Where should I start''' The park is poorly maintained. There were people driving through the parking lot with the music very loud and if you looked at the they gave you very ugly looks. The next day the Police were there.
There were cars in the parking lot that hadn't been moves for weeks. There was trash everywhere.
There were people walking there dogs (pit bulls and Rottweilers) unleashed I would like to know what insurance company finds that to be ok.
Is this Management company only interested in money and not the safety and security of tenants''' I believe yes. Get out while you can!!!!
Drive through during the day and at night plus the weekend and you will see how bad the place really is.

First of all the park is not part of the complex, I believe it's the city of Phoenix. Our downstairs neighbors (when we first moved here) had a pit bull (mix maybe) and it was unleashed sometimes. They had great control over the dog and at no time did we ever feel unsafe. On our side of the complex we don't have a trash issue AT ALL, and unless you were being very nosy and watching these cars all day and night how do you know there were numerous cars that never moved?? Maybe someone was on vacation, and you do realize that not everyone works the same shift right??? I'm sorry, I think your complaints are not really accurate.

The side of the complex with the studios and one bedrooms is maintained much better than the two bedrooms or "family" section. The neighbors are noisier, the parking lot is darker and there is trash everywhere around the dumpster.

First of all, there is no "family" section. Ever heard of fair housing laws? People move in to whichever apartment is available for their move in date. Also, crime has no zip code so no matter where you live, you are never "safe." People need to get their facts straight before opening their mouths.

There are areas that are HIGH crime areas and areas that have little to no crime facts are facts.....
When you have people who are hard working individuals who respect each others property you will see less crime. I happen to live in an area where headline new is someone running a stop sign. So I will open my mouth and say yes there are areas that are SAFE!!!!

Anonymous 06/05/2009, you're an idiot. Look it up in the phone book yourself or call 411, dummy. If you are smart (and I doubt you are), you would read the reviews and stay away from this place.
