Things you should know before you move into Presidio Apts.

Quote from the district manager "These are things you have to put up with when living in apartments"

1.dog ---- in path ways/rocks.
2.unleashed dogs.
3.garbage...and I mean smelly large food items left from other tenants which managment never cleaned up !
4.management that didn't even follow the rules that themselves were inforcing.
5.my truck was stolen and broken into twice.
6.friends car keyed.
7.would never fix repairs in a timely fashion ,would forget and never come back.


sign at your own risk !....... Be prepared to deal with the careless staff after you move in !
.visit this property after hours with out Presidio staff to really see the activity that goes on ...you can also go to the local police station and get a report about how many times the police are called out to this property due to lound noise and distrubances!
