We are on our 2nd year here and last thank god...I have half a notion to tell them to stick their lease in their *&^% ...Our air conditioning is out again today and mind you it is 113 outside as we speak. Our apartment is now 88 degrees inside which took us 5 table fans, 3 ceiling fans and alot of electric to even get it to 78 this past week. They have been here 4 times in the past 10 months telling us that it is leaking freon. "Gee lets not fix it we can just patch it up" Instead they add more and once again..it is out and the water is leaking all over the laundry room. I went to the office to ask why it is taking so long and the woman gives me this @#$$SGRT story about others are out today too...(hmm do we see a pattern here'). In any event I asked if they are going to reimburse us for the air conditioner trying to recover on our electric when and if it gets fixed also for a hotel room and of course that was a quick NO before I even was able to get the words out of my mouth. I think we are going to pack the cat up and take some sleeping bags and hang at the office tonite...they are cool of course. When rent is due maybe I will pay late for the first time and tell them my @#$$SGRT story that have others to pay today too...I would not recommend living here.

I lived on the 3rd floor in this complex and my airconditioning never could keep the place cool in the summer!! Undersized airconditioning units result in the compressor running constantly -- resulting in my LARGE electric bills!! For an apartment that wouldn't cool down until early morning...way too late for a comfortable sleep!
The apartment complex management is very poor...unable to reach them by phone, I had to go in person into the office.
Maintenance left my door unlocked after leaving -- it took four weeks after notifying them my clothes dryer had stopped working...was it replaced. Leaving the door unlocked once they replaced the unit was icing on the cake.
Not recommended. The apartments appear nice, but given problems with crime, parking, complex management, high electric bills... think twice!

Submit all your requests in writing with a written account of other times things have not worked and the issues you've had with it getting fixed, then make sure the office staff sign that they've received it.
When I lived there that was the only way to make them do their jobs.

These are interesting, I looked at these apts on 7/18 and I noticed some people had air units in their windows and alot of peoples windows were open, knew right then something wrong with the air here and the place they show stinks of dog urine, cabinets trashed, would not let my worst enemy live in this. Looked at several apts that day, and this place is not even worth the effort to see.

This is sooooo TRUE! I am loosing my mind living here!
My electricity bill in a 2 bedroom has been $300 for the past two months & my apartment stays around 80 deg. I have called the office multiple times and the act like Im a bother to them. The maint will leave slips on my table after they finally come rudely stating that the "AC is WORKING". NOT! My apartment is hot as we speak. This is a horrible place to live. Thanks to management. Also, what kind of owners allow their residents to be treated like this? Slumblords. Just FYI to all of you other residents, it is the law for your landlords to ensure your ac are working in the summer. You can serve the office a 10 day notice to correct the problem or legally YOU can cancel your contract and move. I think we should all start a petition and make some changes :)
