are there dogs'' yes, never a problem, staff has always been good, anything i had a problem with was done immediatly. pools are clean, always. i have had no problems here.

SERIOUSLY??? LOL!!!!!! First of all, whoever wrote this either works for presidio or doing some ??side jobs?? if you know what I mean? Nobody who lives at Presidio would say anything of the sort. The pools are disgusting! If they are not green they are on their way to it and very cloudy. The fitness center is useless. All the equipment is missing and broke. Work order NEVER done right the first time. WORST OF ALL?? they RIP YOU OFF!!! That charge $80 for water alone????they don??t know why water prices went up?? & Electric has been $300 all summer in a two bedroom apartment that says around 78-80 deg. REDICULOUS!!!

look, you all write stuff here under anonymous, my response is honest, using this site as a sound off because you are pissed. then this is the best you can do? wipe your nose?, give me a break. i wasnt happy when i had to move here, i thought my apartment days were done. but this place has not done anything but try to make it pleasent. good luck in finding a better place at these rates
