We moved here in June and we are liking it alot. We have the park right behind our apartment with a great view of the mountains and like to get up and jog or walk. The pools are always clean and hardly crowded the only complaint I have is the gym is crappy. I worked out on the elptical and it was wobbly and I thought I was going to injure myself. There is only one tv and the fitness facility could be a hundred times better...it definitely is not what will sell you on moving here. Oh and there is only one parking space per apt and its very hard to find an empty spot to park let alone for your guests. That is a negative as well. But overall our experience here is good because of location and the ambience of the apts is mellow.
