I have lived here four years and just renewed my lease for another year. I really like the floorplan of my apartment which is one of the reasons I have stayed here. Most of my neighbors have been nice and respectful. Most of the time, the pools are clean. I haven't been to the gym in a few years, but it used to be nice and had two working tv's. Hopefully, the new manager will work on this. There are still some dead trees on the property that need to be removed and some shrubs that need to be replaced, but overall the landscape looks good. I have always had good experiences with mgmt here. Maintenance comes in a timely manner and is always polite. I like living in this area and this apartment complex.
