Not bad, but not great either. When we first moved in here they customer service was great, the maintenance was awesome, and the complex looked pristine and buitiful. Since the new management took over, however; portions of the complex have begun to look crummy and are being overrun by trash and animal fesces. The maintenance does sloppy jobs, if they do it at all. The grass and bushes are dying off in areas. Finally, the new management at the leasing office has a pention for lying and raising rent every few months.
