Promontory Pointe

Local Management is incompetent From: prompointe Date posted: 2/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I lived at promontory point for 6 months in 2001. I really loved it. I returned 4/03 and this time has been very dissapointing. Two reasons 1) we got a lemon apartment with dozens of issues including cat pee carpet, broken microwave, mildewed washer and dryer, broken screens, etc. 2)Management and maintenance crew were lazy and sloppy about fixing our issues. We have left several messages and written letters to the property manager and she literally ignores us. It's a shame how an incompetent manager can ruin your experience at an otherwise wonderful complex.
