I must say that the management was not very nice. The office and maintenance people where very nice and courteous people. Yes they do have large roaches and they do get in if your living on the bottom floor. The apartment I stayed in was not all that great but it was a place to stay until we moved to our new house. They definately need to update the appliances, our washer went out about five times while we lived there it was older then dirt. If you need a place for a little while yes stay but for a 12 month stay or longer forget it. Not worth the headaches you will come across and you will.
