Been here 3 plus years. I have not had any problems. Maintenance is sometimes slow but they are nice. The current office staff is the best since I've lived here. They are friendly and seem happy to help.They accept my parcels when I'm not home and allow me to use the copier and fax. Parking in my area is good but some areas seem to be a bit overloaded. I live in the older section and it seems to be a bit quieter than the newer buildings. The grounds with all the trees, grass and fountains are really beautiful. I am also lucky enough to have a good view of the mountains. Only complaint is the dog poop. I wish all of the dog owners would pick up the poop. Thanks to Promontory Point I can buy a house this year with my rent to own credits.
