I have lived in the new phase of apartments for over a year and have had some ups and downs while living here. The apartments are nice and in fairly descent shape. Many people own dogs around me, and don't apparently know how to pick up after them. You have to be careful when walking across the grass or rocks to get to your parking space. I have also had a couple bad experiences with maintenance. They are great when they finally show up, but there seems to be a disconnect between the office staff and the maintenance group. Usually takes 3-5 days to get something fixed! The one final thing about this place that I didn't like, would have to be the layout. If you live in the new phase of apartments, you can only exit out by the main office....which means having to drive over 10-12 large speed bumps (depending on the way you go out). Gets really old having to drive out this way, when an exit is right by you (can't exit out because there are things that will puncture your tires). I thought this was alright at first, but after a few months of this, gets really old! Otherwise, never have many problems with noise and security issues.
