We were placed here through fiancee's traveling nursing program so we never took a tour of the place or whatever.

However, we're very happy with this place and would definitely recommend it. There area few problems though...

I know it's been mentioned, but it is such a pain to have to drive around the whole complex just to get out of the place. In the mornings, it's kind of hard to take a left because cars from both sides come out of turns so you can't judge how many cars are coming (I have a slow car so I need to know this stuff). Also, there are huge flying spider-like bugs where we're at. Lastly, the mail boxes are pretty far from where I am.

Those are the only complaints I have.

The positives are that the new buildings' one bedroom's are spacious and very comfortable to live in. Our apartment overlooks the pool (which is under construction right now) - the fountain noise was very soothing. Also, the neighbors aren't noisy at all and are quite friendly. Most of them pick up after their dogs and I have yet to come home and find someone parked in my designated space. We are also very close to everything (shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, hiking mountain - which is right across from PP, etc...).

The gates are always closed (because the leasing office isn't in our group of buildings) so you'll need to know someone here or need a card to get into the complex, which is great. There are 2 locks on the doors, one you can unlock from the outside with a key and the other you can only unlock from the inside. I've never felt unsafe here.

We are moving, however, not because we don't like it here, but because we found something that fits our tastes better. I would definitely recommend this place.
