I lived here for 15 months and had only a few problems.First, the gate was broken most of the time and the side gates off the sidewalk were never fixed. The walls and ceillings are paper thin and the apartments are outdated.For the most part, the complex is safe and the people are friendly, its close enough to everything you need but distent enough for comfort.
