Fabulous, quiet, fairly upscale, safe, not a lot of loud children.

I lived here for three years and would probably still be there if I hadn't had to move out of state.
The management staff was fabulous. They bend over backwards to make sure you're happy.
Maintenance was great. They even crawled up on my rooftop during a raging thumderstorm (I told him not to!) in the dark to fix my air conditioner which had gone out. Now THAT'S service!
There are basically two complexes in one, an older one and a newer one. I lived in the older one because the units are a little bigger and a little cheaper than the newer ones. I also like the way each older building is built around a courtyard with a fountain in the middle. Very charming and a lot more character than the newer, more "sterile" apartments. The older ones were originally built as condos, not as apartments. Maybe that has something to do with it.
As a single woman, I always felt safe here. Nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. No facilities for children, so not a good place if you have them. But if you don't, it's a great place. I highly recommend it.
