On the surface these apartments are in a fairly posh location (close to the Pointe Hilton) and with fairly well maintained areas and large apartments. The reality is that this complex is near a major road (noisy), with shoddy maintenance staff (we've actually gone several weeks before an issue was even attempted to be resolved), and an incredible bug problem (think roaches, ants, and grasshoppers in the kitchen, bedrooms and living room). I recommend any Mark Taylor property instead of this one.
