I have lived here for 2 months now, I am a travel nurse. The apartment is nice and I enjoy it. As previously stated, the appliances are the usual standard line of apartment appliances. Though it seems nice to have a gated community, the gates are often propped open and this leaves one to wonder how safe it is. The noise level is not a problem between the apartment walls, however the noise from the pool area on the weekends and nights is a big problem for me as I work 12 hour shifts and want a little peace and quiet. The dog doodoo problem is still there, most pet owners are responsible, though there are a few that ruin if for others. I have very pleasant neighbors minus one that is often fighting with his "significant other" and storming up and down the stairs outside my apartment.

The office staff is helpful and been very nice to me.

It states that the complex is on the bus line. It all depends on where in the property you live. I live in the far back of the property and it is a good 1/2 to 3/4 mile walk to the bus stop from my apartment, which when it is 110 degrees outside is a major issue for me! There is no business center to speak of in the office, i.e. fax machine or computer to use as in other complexes I have lived in.

Maintenance has been very responsive to my requests and have fixed any issues in a very timely manner.

The apartment itself is very clean. The miniblinds, however, are older and of various shades of grey and white. They do work fine.

It is not convenient to live here as there seems to be quite the drive to any place I want or need to go - including work. Especially as I am currently depenedent on the bus line, which are fairly good in Phoenix, but it takes me nearly an hour to get to work due to the walk and the bus line being so far from the apartment.
