this has been this most horrible rental experience I have ever encounted..Whether it be th Manager Janet or not ... I have lived here for a few years now only due to the equity and or hope of owning my own home.. The neighbors are loud,especially living on the down floor apt. Manangement doenst care .. On another note .. Your appliances ,, make sure you check you renteres ins, which is required to live I might add. Issues we have had have been this.. A washer flooded upstatirs and flooded our apt as well, in the master bedroom.. Carpet, ceileing , our matress and sheets not to metion time missed form work ,. no, none what so ever was there any client service to assist and meet needs .. no,compansasion what so ever.. second issue -frig died overnight, lost $200.00 worth of food. Hwen asked if they could assist , response was " we dont know when these things will happen, just as much as you" soooo ,,,,,, We have been screwed , no mattress which was containminated by water and am sure is a health rick with mildew and all and we have children which makes it even scarier!! Frig has been supposveley fixed , but we have lost all our food and was unable to use for several hours.. Renters Ins , only covers home owneres on this unless its due to a power outage so mental note for those of who are interested in being here .. I can tell you and will, I do not recommend this place to rent , soley based on the Manager Janet due to her client,customer based services.. The pools here are unclean , and unproperly attented too and the security feature of the gates has been awful.. Pizza delivery guys know that gate code , not to mention the gates are always unlocked .. my recommendation , meet with janet and Janet only when you come and get EVERTHING IN WRITTING!! She has been an horrible , horrible person and certainly not someone I owuld ever want to represent my company and or company name !! I am ashamed to live here , it is what it is but PLEASE Please listen to what I have to say and save yourself the hassell ,,, It has been a nightmare for us!!
