I lived here for 2.5 years and looking back I don't know how I put up with everything.

Parking - Assigned one spot that others constantly would park in. Would complain to the office and they more or less shrugged their shoulders. Parking for visitors or second car is almost non-existent. I have wasted much time circling the lot looking for a spot.

Noise - Everywhere and always. Stereos, dogs, lawn maintenance, and other residents. Very difficult to sleep.

Grounds - This is why we moved in here. North Mount. is across the street and many biking paths all around. Lots of trees and green grass year round on property as well.

Safety - A serial rapist was arrested just a few blocks from here. More than once I have been asked to remain in my apartment as cops were searching for someone on the grounds. Helicopters circling it seemed weekly as well. Lights would often not turn on or be out. Cars driving through parking lot way to fast.

Construction - Built cheap, maintained cheap. Fresh paint tries to cover it up.

Maintenance - Never got it right the first time. Turnover was poor so it was always someone new or training.

Staff - From time to time someone would be on the ball. But most of the time I had to leave a message or come back when someone else was there to answer my question. Turnover is a problem in this department as well.

Overall - The mountain area makes it appear nice, but I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. We were told things to entice us to move in, but later told that was incorrect(ceiling fan install, additional parking). I moved out 3 months ago and am still fighting to get back my deposit.
