Be very careful when moving into this property. The rental manager Ja*** Cre* will deliberately go through your mail, along with her assistant Nic*O** Tho**, and when they get caught red handed, they will have you evicted.
This story is absolutely true. The rental office stated that I had an unauthorized person on the lease, after frollicking through my mail, when I decided to go to the rental office and confront them, they started denying they violated every postal law out there.
I warned them to stay away from my mail and they call the police, so they could serve me with an eviction notice.
But when they took me to court on a forcible detainer, in front of the Judge they clearly lied and I was told I was being evicted for disorderly conduct, even though my paper work clearly stated, unauthorized occupant lived in the apartment, by the way this unauthorized occupant they were referring to was my daughter that lived in Maryland.
When they went through my mail, her W-2 and 1099 was being mailed directly to me because I do her taxes and I also put my daughter on one of my credit card and of course they mail the card to the owner of the account, which would be me.
When i was taken to court to explain my side of the story, I had mountains of proof of my daughter being in school in Maryland and having a job in Maryland.
But the rental office claim that my daughter walked into the rental office, stated her name and said I am here to pay a bill on behalf of me.
But when I showed up to court with my assistant, they had to change the story, while my assistant came in to pay my bill, she never announced she was my daughter. So while in court with my assistant, Janet and nichole along with their attorney went outside to talk because they were not stuck in a corner because of course with my assistant showing up and she had ID on her they had to change there story. So they now claim their lives were endanger and I had 24 hours to get out but since I had a right to appeal, I began that process.
