When we first decided to rent here we were very excited. It looked beautiful. Unfortunatley we didn't look close enough. We were required to pay cleaning fees, yeah, thats normal. BUT...Isn't the apartment supposed to be clean when you move in'
Well it wasn't at all!!!! I don't think the fridge has been moved in years and I found enough lint on the sides of the washer and dryer to make 4 or 5 pillows. Can you say fire hazzard' The carpet was filthy, the walls in the kitchen still had food splattered on them. Seriously, all the money this place must make and they can't replace the carpet' And not one upgrade, while every other apt in Phoenix is renovating and upgrading the only thing they upgrade is the rent.
Anyway, we have lived her for 6 months and it has totally gone down hill. And anytime I call to complain or talk to the "oh so very helpful" office people they say "oh we'll take care of it" And guess what, NOTHING gets done. Just recently, we had a run in with a neighbor that refuses to dispose of his dog poop or his cig
butts, and after pointing it out to the "head of maintence" and calling the office 3 times to have it resolved. I and another annoyed neighbor picked them all up, three grocery bags full of poop and cig butts, and put them by their door. When they saw them there they pitched a huge fit and hurled them all over the courtyard. AGAIN,
I called the helpful office staff and guess what' Nothing, the poop is still there and it's been over a week. Funny thing happened this morning I saw one of the maintenence men and showed him, I had to show him cause he doesn't speak english.
He went to get a shovel and scooped some up and left the rest and put a cute little sign up about picking up after your dogs. Well, there is so much more, I'm just really sad we thought this would be a great place to live and these six months has been awful.

the front office staff here is utterly and completely useless. You can call them about the same issue over and over again, and they'll kiss up to you and NEVER do anything about it. I've pointed out a hazard in the parking lot repeatedly, asked that a broken part of the fence be repaired and had to deal with mounds of dog poop for 2 years now, and it NEVER gets better. They bs you with their, "We're working hard to improve", and then do nothing.

yes and if someone parks in your spot, they tell you to put on a note on the car.
