Lived here 3 years. Abided by the rules. Complained constantly about the upstairs neighbor only to have the problem resolved about a year later. We gave this crappy staff plenty of leeway the whole time we lived there. When we finally moved out we got screwed!! We scheduled a floor cleaning and they canceled it!! Then they told us the carpet had to be replaced because it was dirty!! WTF''
LOOK. JUST LOOK AT THE APPROVAL RATING- 47%!! THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING!! BE SMART!! DON'T MOVE THERE!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED BY 53%!! YOU SHOULD PROBABLY TRUST THE 53%!!

What they did isnt legal. After 3 years, you can claim regular wear and tear. Don't take this from them, Contact the ADRE Ethics department and open a complaint

I live here and I wouldn't doubt that they resort to such things. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They didn't tell me all the hidden costs up front, so when I moved in I got a big surprise.
