The staff are very helpful and responsive. Manager does a wonderful job. Property is always very clean and well kept. Maintenance request are filled in a timely manner and are done correctly. Parking is adequate unless you have a second car. Usually a very quiet community and the area is really nice. Interior noise can be heard if you have neighbors above you that walk heavily. However, it's part of the "apartment experience" regardless of locale. Pointe Parkway can be a challenge during rush hour but it's usually empty the rest of the time. Car vandalism was a problem a year ago but was solved quickly by hiring a security patrol. Overall, neighborhood is in a middle to upper middle class area with some business facilities nearby.
