I have lived at Rancho for about five years. I always loved my apartment and the staff up until now. The new managemet thinks that the rules are for every one but them. I have never had any complants on my apartment from anyone in the five years untill last month. I was at the pool with my small daughter and their was the assistant manager with a group of residents drinking and being loud. Even with small children in the pool area the F word was flying about. I took my child home, and called the office to complain, the girls were very nice but I got the feeling nothing was going to get done. Two days later I gave my daughter a birthday party and recieved a notice saying I would be evected if I had one more complaint. I feel the assistant manager(who signed the notice)was mad at me for complaining about her, not that it did any good she is always at the pool drinking. She has made me feel so unconfortable that I am willing to pay the $1,000 fee to be let out of my lease.
