More office staff stuff

I never rented from here; but I think the reason why should be noted: the office staff. This place is absolutely nothing special (even though the staff attempts to make you believe the common area walkways are lined with gold). It's a very typical mid-80's constructed complex with, I might add, a very small, cramped 1 bdrm. floorplan. It took me roughly 15 minutes with Cody or Cotie or Cootie to realize had I rented there, the staff would have been up my butt, prying into my business day in and day out. I found her to be totally obnoxious, aggressive, and catty beyond belief. Her behavior so irritated me, I was motivated to write this review! That should say something. Imagine a bunch of cheerleaders gathered around your credit report ooohing, aaahing and dissecting it apart-- that's the judgmental, nosy vibe I got from the office. I never even considered filling out an app, I just left. I should say I have no qualms with credit checks, either-- it?s just the staff in this case was a big fat superficial turn-off. I'm a person that very much values my privacy, and it became obvious to me in a short amount of time that the staff was big on 'visibility' or maybe better termed, 'involvement', much to their detriment in this case. (I suppose some would regard this as an acceptable, even positive quality-- I don't-- I find it irritating and unnecessary, especially with regard to a tactless, immature, unprofessional management team). If you look briefly at some of the other reviews, you can see the office staff figure prominently in many of them. In a nutshell, I'd say if you don't want to 'live with the office staff', then definitely don't rent at Rancho Sierra. Yuck!

i don't live at rancho sierra either but i think this guy/girl has a real problem and since he/she is so much better than cotie, he/she can act better than the tactless person he/she is cutting down.
