The only thing good I can say about it place is Codee and Chasity realy care.

The rest of the staff in the offce are rude.

I lived at Rancho for five years and always enjoyed the staff, you could go in for a cookie and just BS in was nice to feel wanted.

Now when you go in the office the manager and assistant's doors are always closed and it seems like Codee and Chasity will get into trouble if they talk to you.

Then to top it all off after I gave my notice and paid my prorate out I received an evection notice for non-payment of my rent.

Now after living there for five years without ever being late wouldn't you think they could make a call insted of pushing an evection notice threw my door, I dont think their assistant manager knows what the hell is going on! It was her mistake and she never even said sorry.
