It works but not the service sucks

The prices for the location are about what to be expected to start. The parking situation is quite lame because it is mostly covered parking which is narrow, suitable for a civic or other compact. If your going to rent here go with the large two bedroom on the south end. You get ample parking and are not so close to the busy streets. Overall the complex is quite average. One thing to be wary of though is the staff in the office. I have asked several times about having a leak in my roof over the kitchen and they have done nothing form me. This has been going on for three months now. It is not that big of a problmen since it is only a few drops every time it rains but their indifference to my problem shows they really don't care that much.
