I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 4 YRS. IT IS TYPICAL APARTMENT LIFESTYLE. MANAGEMENT IS COURTEOUS AND NICE IN THE OFFICE. WHEN MANAGEMENT IS NOT IN THE OFFICE, THEY GET DRUNK AT THE MIDDLE POOL AND USE PROFANITY IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN AND SAY HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT OTHER TENANTS AND THEIR PROPERTY MANAGEMNT COMPANY!! I WILL CALL THE PROPERTY MANAGEMNT CO. AND TALK TO THEM AS WELL AS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND OWNERS WHO CONTROL THE 2 PROPERTIES THEY HAVE IN AZ. AND GIVE THEM THE NAMES OF THE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE THEIR TRUSTED STAFF. I WILL ALSO FAX THE COPORATE OFFICE A LIST OF APPROX. 28 TENANT SIGNATURES WHO HAVE WITNESSED IN ONE FORM OR ANOTHER, THIS UNRULY BEHAVIOR.
