I have lived at Rancho Sierra for about six months and have never been treated better. I have put in two work orders for problems in my apartment and the maintenance staff was prompt and courteous. I also chose to live here because of the way the office staff treated me and have found out that I made a good choice. They have continued to be very attentive and personable and I feel that I can stop in anytime if I have a question or a problem. After talking to some of my neighbors, life seems to be pretty good here as long as you follow the rules. The people who don't are the ones who are complaining. Check it out for yourself and you will see that I'm right!
