Rancho Sierra

I have been living here for 9 months and am loving it so far. I have a patio home which is great because I have no one above or below me. I have only one neighbor on one side of me which is great. We get along great. The management/front office staff have been excellent to us. They are always perky, happy and more than willing to help. I have had a few work orders put in and the maintenance guy always comes within a few hours and has always fixed the problems. Our place is super comfortable and affordable.

I love the location right off the 51 and close to lots of shopping centers. There are about 5 grocery stores, two movie stores, many fast food and sit down restaurants, bars, churches, KMart, pizza, bowling, and the mall all within about 5-10 minute drive. I find this area to be fairly safe (knock on wood) have never had any trouble. There are two pools w/ hot tubs close by, one is heated. The main pool is a great place to meet new people and the other back pool is nice and quiet to get away.

The only drawback here is the parking. If you are in the extreme back you have spots right outside your door. Otherwise the assigned parking is far away for everyone. Apparently this was thought to make things fair for everyone. What's poor planning is that no one has even one spot outside their door. I guess we all could use some exercise. The only time it would really matter is when it's raining which we all know doesn't happen too frequently in Phoenix.

Overall this has been a great place for me to stay and I've been in several apartments complexes before this. I would recommend this complex.
