Everytime I come home in the last year it seems there is a letter on my door saying they are raising my rent or trying to get money for something else. Now they are trying to charge me $30 for sewer and water which was originally suppose to be included. I can't get more then 3 minutes of hot water when Iam in the shower every morning. The air conditioner/heater makes a loud knocking noise everytime it turns on. Definitely avoid this place. Also good luck walking to your apartment without stepping in some dog doodoo.
