The management are not upfront about apartment costs, i.e. utilities. They make you park 1/4 mile away from your apartment. Maintenance people are lazy. Management will pretend to care about a concern just to get you out of the office and they're too young and inexperienced. The laundry facilities are grossly unclean--especially on the weekends! The kitchen cupboards are too narrow to put dishes in them. I'm only staying because it's slightly cheaper than moving into a different complex. Watch out--management will screw you over with costs, especially paying for water, sewer, and trash! At least there are no bugs.

The kitchen cupboard are narrow...But the water sewer and trash are pretty straight forward. $30-$35 a month and they tell you that up front. I've lived here for 2 years and it's increased only a $1 or $2.
