We have lived here for 1 year and had multiple experiences. Mostly in the past 5 months have there been any problems. I agree the staff is very young and extremely unexperienced with dealing with residents. The manager is included in the unexperienced category. The apartments are nice for what you are paying for. But the main problem is the staff and their lack of ability to handle situations. We have only really had problems with the wiring it seems to be out dated and in need of repair.

I disagree, I think the staff is very well educated about the business. I do NOT believe they are INEXPERIENCED at all!
