I have lived at Rancho Sierra for almost 2 years and i would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Most of the office staff is friendly but the new personnel they have working there is very rude and unfriendly. She doens't make you feel welcomed at all. The laundry facilities are very poor quality and the office staff doesn't care at all since they say it is not thier responsibility. Also, if you have two people livivng in one apartment, you only get one reserved parking spot and the other person has to drive around the complex looking for open spaces. They have major water problems since they water gets shut off in the middle section one a month if not more. I also do agree with how they divide up the water bill becuase a one bedroom is only paying a little bit less then a 2 bedroom 2 bath, how much sense does that make' I am moving as soon as my lease is up!!!
