I have lived at Rancho Sierra for a year and a half. This is a great location. I enjoy walking into the office and talking with the friendly leasing agents. I only have 2 major complaints, the laundry facilites and the parking. Most of the time there are at least 3 or more dryers broken or they at least have stickers on them from other tenants saying they don't work. I don't like how there is only 1 parking spot per apartment, regardless of how many tenants are in the apartment. But overall this in a nice place to live and a great location for phoenix. The maintance staff rocks also!!!!
