Keep Looking.

Nothing but hassles. My car has been broken into twice since we've been here. We have one covered assigned space, but it's nowhere near our apartment. We were advised that it's away from our apartment so if an "enemy" find our car and messes with it, it won't be near our apartment, so they won't know where to break in. Brilliant!
They used to have security, but don't any longer, though my rent did recently go up. They sent out letters saying we had to get a new shade for our balcony, because the one we had, which they gave to us only a few weeks prior, was in bad condition. They wanted us to buy a $95 shade, but failed to advise of the name of the brand of the shade they wanted. The office staff is nice until you have a question, then they get rude. The staff is all youger girls, which is fine, but they all have such an "A Group" way about them. Now I come home to a letter saying they're doing "inspections". What is this, boot camp' I'm out of here as soon as we get the chance. This place is like an over-zealous, good-for-nothing HOA.
