The manager, Megan, is terrific! But, the building itself is old, so you can expect a cheap-looking layout and a stale smell from the old air conditioning units. In addition, as mentioned, the washers and dryers in the laundry rooms are horrible. I believe they have raised rents well above what the apartments are worth. Another caution: amplified sports commentary from the high school next door every Friday pm (and "band practice" sometimes as early as 7am).
