There is always dog crap everywhere. The office has no clue as to whats going on and they are very very rude. The water is always being turned off sometimes without notice. Theft is also a huge problem, we had a car broken into and another time we had tires slashed. The office said I must have enemies, yeah well I don't know anybody in Phoenix since I am from Chicago. You get only one parking spot no matter how maney drivers you have living in your home. DON'T RENT FROM HERE!!!

I would have to agree with this complaint considering my car was also broken into repeatedly. Whats the chances that everyone I've talked to in the complex had their car broken into, stolen, and or vandalized. I'd say there is a problem. All the sugar-coated reviews should be looked at with disregard.

I lived there for two years and never had a single problem with vandalism or feeling unsafe. Quite the contrary.
