ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!!!!

Don't listen to this people.

I was living in San Diego, paying $1300 for a one bedroom on a 3rd floor crappy apartment building.

I just recently obtained this apartment and i am more than satisfied.

Jim gave us a great deal on a great apartment.

I looked at many others and was about to buy one when my fiancee said look at one more, so we did and we found Rancho Sierra.

The one we were about to buy was an A on the BBB site and yet it was filthy, the lady helping us barely had any knowledge and didn't even seem to care.

We would have paid $1200 for the first month and $590 after that.

With Jim we payed a total of $300 for the first month and pay $530 a month instead.

With allbrand new appliances, paint..with accent walls, and new carpet.

This place is amazing.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
