A good deal for your money

Staff is awesome and responsive. Overall I have found that it is a quiet community. I am a dog owner and there are lots of really nice dogs in the complex. I'm really discriminating when it comes to the grounds but I have to say there are lots of nice shaded sidewalks to walk your dog plus bags and trash cans throughout for dog poop.
It's certainly not brand new, gated, or snazzy but it's a good sized apartment for the price and I've enjoyed living there. One of my favorite features of this apartment is the storage closet on the patio. That was a lifesaver and I miss having that storage. I would recommend that you make sure you have new appliances in your kitchen. They've been updating that slowly so make sure your unit has them.
Although I wish there were W/D units in the apartments-- the laundry area is adequate and they have debit cards which is convenient---no searching for quarters when you need to do laundry.
It is near a high school so you do hear the band practicing and the announcer...but it never bothered me. The location is great close to the 51, the mall and several grocery stores.
I moved out (moved to another state) a little while ago...and although I wasn't sure of how much of my deposit I'd get back because of dog pee over the course of two years...I cleaned that place head to toe before I left and I got every penny of my deposit back so I'm happy about that.
The parking is so-so. I had a one bedroom and I had one assigned covered parking space which was fine for me and it was pretty close to my apartment. Some people had issues with vandalism but that seemed to be in the back part of the complex. I lived near the front by the mailboxes and always felt safe. I had no issues but it is a very well lit part. So I guess be mindful about what part of the complex you live in.
One last random criticism of this place is the package system. All the packages go to the office and then they put a notice in your mailbox. I don't know why they do this but it's a pain in the ass. I always had to wait until the weekend because the office closed by the time I got home. And sometimes it seemed like I was delayed or never got notices that I had a package.
Overall I liked this place and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's way cheaper than a lot of other places I looked at and a good deal for your money. Hopefully this review is helpful to someone.
