my boyfriend and i were perspective residents at the rancho sierra apartments. Theirs was the first complex we looked at in the area. We loved their location for it's immediate proximity to my family and local shopping. Upon entering the office we were greeted by the cutest little pregnant girl, (sara') who immediately made us feel welcomed, and very informed. We were completely impressed by the model apartment she showed us, and loved the different options available. Not to mention the price! We were so pleased to find all the great rent-up deals. (probably the only good thing to come from a crappy economy!) After grabbing a few applications, we left... promising ourselves to be good apartment shoppers, no matter how much we already liked Rancho sierra. So we Spent the day viewing other complexes, and talking to different leasing agents... comparing prices and size.
But at the end of the day, nothing had caught our eye the way Rancho Sierra had. But upon filling out the applications, i began to have fears that i would not qualify to be a renter. We decided the best thing to do was go right back and ask if in my particular situation, it was even worth applying.
This time we were met with a VERY enthusiastic woman named Deb, i think. it was really her personality that left the impression, rather then her name. her energy was definately contagious, and she had us laughing immediately, and feeling like old friends. Funny lady. But more to the point, she was REALLY HELPFUL. She answered all our questions, even making a few calls "upstairs" to make sure i'd be able to rent from them. really took the time to work with us, and we hadn't even filled out our apps yet!
needless to say, after all the help we went and picked up a money order at Bashas around the corner, determind to rent from them.
SO, I don't live there yet but my boyfriend and I look forward to it. Ive got a bun in the oven too, and it seems like a safe, family-friendly enviornment for a first time mommy. So THANKS LADIES! as far as first impressions go, you guys hit a home run. Hope to see you all again soon!

taliapardini@yahoo.com, without passing judgment as to what happens at Rancho Sierra, keep in mind it is very common of many apartment complex employees to be friendly and professional when prospective tenants are inquiring about apartments, but once you sign that lease, their demeanor changes very quickly for the worse.

You would have to be a real moron to believe that some renter went out of their way to type up this crock of ----.
