We love Rancho Sierra. We have had one SMALL problem when we moved in (lightbulb in kitchen was out) but once we told them, they were at our apartment fixing it the next day. There haven't been any car vandalism or theft like everyone says there is and everyone here is so friendly and respectful. Our water has never shut off. The office staff is very cooperative and have been the whole time we've lived here...no matter what the issue is. I always see people mowing the grass, cleaning the pool, and raking the leaves. The parking is no problem for us because we have two cars and you get one assigned spot, which we have never had trouble finding. I would definitely recommend Rancho to anyone that wants to live in a great apartment complex!
