I have taken a few moments to read other people comments,some of them I find funny.
I used to live at Rancho Viejo for about 2 years...in that time I NEVER had a problem.
From reading the other reviews, sounds to me that some people are not telling the truth. The girls in the office are great, they were always helpful and kind.
My work orders were always taken care of in a timely manner.
