I've lived here with my family just by the Pool. It never was a disturbance but was a good sight as they maintained it well. I've seen lot of residents using it.

It is worth for the price you pay. Maintenance was good and very prompt. They do care about noise... as I got a notice for having a party overnight and it disturbed the person living below. Though I felt it was litte rude, atleast they are responding to someone else's complaints.
