Some Good, Some Bad

First off, this is the first apartment I've stayed in, so keep that in mind. I've lived here approximately 6 months and am moving out for reasons not related to the appartment itself.
Pros:
Parking regulations strictly enforced. If you park somewhere you shouldn't you can be towed or have your lease violated, so be careful.
Noise complaints are taken into consideration. Avoid having noisy room mates; If your neighbors mind, you can be in serious trouble. However, if your neighbors are being too rowdy, this is definately in your favor.
There are two well maintained pools and a fitness center readily available, though equipment in the fitness center is rather sparse.
Cons:
New management, so prices have taken a steep hike. I'm not certain what they are now.
Things are not fixed before you come in! Make sure you write everything down! We don't have a working dishwasher, for one, and all the bearing in the bathroom fans are toast.
Also, the stucco was cracked and missing patches, and has deteriorated substantially since we arrived. I'm slightly concerned what this will cost us.
I'll update this with information I receive later, but this is actually a pretty nice community, especially if you have an appartment by the front office like mine.
