For the price we pay, it's an alright place. It's definitely the most convenient for those of us that attend DeVry or the AI, which is the majority.

Pros: Cheap, usually good parking in the early evening, quiet for the most part.

Cons: Security is seriously lacking (My roommate got his bike stolen in broad daylight), neighbors (our upstairs neighbors are stomping around at 3AM, and I've had 3 cars towed from my spot after repeated warnings), and the whole 'gated community' shtick is a LIE. Also, there seems to be a trend in that the management changes every 6 months or so. The last group was very kind and responsive. This new management is a bunch of irresponsible jackasses.

If you're looking for a place to settle into Phoenix with a family, look into San Valiente. But if you're just a college student moving in from out-of-state, it's the lesser of all evils.
